Dichloroacetate and cancer

Дихлорацетат работает намного эффективнее в сочетании с другим ингибитором опухолей - аконитином. Аконитин в гомеопатических дозах угнетает капилляро-вазо-генез, так как сдерживает рост симпатических нервных отростков. В результате блокируется развитие стромы. Испытание сочетания дихлороацетата с аконитином показало на порядок более активное угнетение опухолевого роста, чем каждый из препаратов в отдельности.

Теория.
Наблюдения и множество проведенных исследований приводят к следующим предвариттельным выводам. Все делящиеся и герминативные клетки имеют только нативные, “интактные” митохондрии, в которых работает только собственный белково-нуклеиновый аппарат. Они размножаются и распределяются в специальных мембранных нишах внутри клетки. При каждом делении соматической клетки одна из дочерних клеток всегда остаётся идентичной материнской, а вторая - всегда подвергается той, или иной дифференцировке (с укорочением теломеры), при этом митохондрии распределяются между обеими дочерними клетками. В той дочерней клетке, которая подвергается дифференцировке, митохондрии также подвергаются специфическому воздействию, своего рода “прожигу” - клетка отключает в них митохондриальный геном, вводит свои белки и модифицирует их активность так, что они начинают осуществлять активное кислородное дыхание. После этого клетка получает возможность завершить свою “профессиональную” дифференцировку, теряет способность делиться и становится зрелой рабочей клеткой. Но если “прожиг” митохондрий по каким-то причинам становится невозможным - дифференциация клетки блокируется на “пред-прожиговой” стадии и она продолжает делиться, либо мигрировать. Грубо говоря, в этом и состоит механизм озлокачествения.
Каким-то непонятным пока способом дихлорацетат, попадая в клетку, в некотором диапазоне его концентрации помогает осуществить “прожиг” митохондрий, и клетки дифференцируются. Здоровым клеткам дихлорацетат никак не вредит в этих концентрациях. Это останавливает размножение поражённых клеток и миграцию. Если при этом удаётся тем или иным способом ликвидировать поражённые клетки - происходит системная регрессия опухоли и метастазов.
